- No provisional bookings will be made. Should you wish to book accommodation, payment must be secured utilising one of the following options :
- Full accommodation fee to be paid into our bank account and a copy of the deposit slip faxed indicating the details of the booking.
- Credit card details to be provided on a confirmation form which we will forward to you. Payment can then be made upon arrival.
- An official Company Order to approved account customers.
- Please ensure that all cancellations for group bookings are done 72 hours prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee will be levied for non-arrivals and late cancellations.
- Please ensure that individual bookings are cancelled 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Late cancellation and / or non-arrival will result in the full accommodation fee being levied.
- Rooms are available from 14:00 and should be vacated at 10:00 upon departure.
